Contraindications

Therapy using mesenchymal stem cells is entirely safe. In rare cases, a mild temperature increase or redness at the injection site may occur — these symptoms usually resolve on their own within a few hours.
Contraindications include: malignant tumors, blood clotting disorders (platelets ≤50×10⁹), severe cardiac and respiratory failure (SpO₂ <90%), stage IV–V kidney failure, acute infectious diseases (hepatitis B, C, etc.), unstable hemodynamics, terminal stages of chronic diseases, acute traumatic brain injury, stroke, pregnancy, planned pregnancy, and breastfeeding.

Diagnostics Include:
Complete blood count, coagulation profile, D-dimer, vitamin D, rapid tests for HIV, hepatitis, syphilis, lipid panel, urinalysis, creatinine, bilirubin, HbA1c, ALT, AST, ALP, beta-hCG, tumor markers (CA-125, CA-153, PSA), and initial consultation with a general physician.
