Bauyrzhan Momyshuly St 21а, Atyrau, Kazakhstan

Indications

Vitiligo, trophic skin ulcers, diabetic foot, osteoarthritis, postoperative complications, psychological reluctance to undergo joint replacement, acute and chronic cartilage damage, aseptic necrosis, osteochondritis dissecans (König’s disease), slow-healing fractures, pseudoarthrosis, chronic tendon inflammation, and persistent joint pain.

Contraindications

Mesenchymal stem cell therapy is considered safe. In rare cases, a slight increase in temperature or redness at the injection site may occur.
Contraindications include: malignant tumors, blood clotting disorders, severe heart and respiratory failure, stage IV–V kidney failure, active infections (hepatitis, syphilis, etc.), unstable hemodynamics, terminal conditions, acute stroke or traumatic brain injury, pregnancy, and breastfeeding.

Therapeutic Effect

The effectiveness of cell therapy is based on stem cells’ ability to regenerate into tissue-specific cells, merge with resident cells, and secrete biologically active substances that stimulate regeneration, normalize the local immune response and tissue microenvironment. It is especially effective in cases of diabetic foot and non-healing wounds — significantly accelerating recovery and tissue repair.

What’s Included in the Celureon Program

  • Up to 10 million stem cells in the preparation

  • Over 20 laboratory and instrumental diagnostics

  • Consultations with two specialized doctors

  • One year of medical follow-up

  • 24/7 informational support

  • Translator and transfer services, if needed

5-day stay in a comfortable hospital room, access to a modern treatment facility, 24/7 assistance, and airport transfer. Accommodation is not included in the program price but can be arranged separately.

Diagnostics

Complete blood count, vitamin D, D-dimer, coagulation profile, infectious screening (HIV, hepatitis, syphilis), lipid panel, urinalysis, creatinine, bilirubin, HbA1c, liver enzymes (ALT, AST, ALP), beta-hCG, tumor markers (CA-125, CA-153, PSA). Initial consultation with a general physician. The list of tests may be adjusted at the physician’s discretion.

Stem Cell Administration Methods

Paravertebral, trigger point injection (for pain management), intra-articular, periarticular, and localized injection to the affected area.

Note:
When using autologous material (the patient’s own cells), two visits are required and the cost increases by 25%.

Applications of Exosomes

Anti-aging therapy

Cultured stem cells stimulate regeneration, improve skin elasticity and appearance. Therapy at Celureon slows aging and supports overall health.

Neurology

Comprehensive stem cell therapy in neurology helps restore neurons, protect them, and improve sensitivity, mobility, and coordination.

Ophthalmology

Stem cell treatment has shown a 27.6% average improvement in visual acuity in 63% of patients, with 34% maintaining stable vision levels in cases of macular degeneration.

Orthopedics

Comprehensive stem cell therapy for osteoarthritis at Celureon helps regenerate cartilage and bone, reduce pain, improve mobility, healing, sensitivity, and strengthen joint tissue and muscles.

Surgery

The therapeutic effect of stem cells aids in treating diabetic foot and non-healing ulcers by accelerating tissue regeneration. Mesenchymal stem cells support tissue restoration and improve internal organ function.

Urology

Stem cell therapy enhances sperm quality—improving volume, motility, and the number of healthy sperm. It reduces inflammation and restores erectile function. 41% of patients reported improvements within 6–9 months.

Reproductive medicine

We apply effective cell therapy for thin or non-receptive endometrium, premature ovarian failure, amenorrhea, hypoestrogenism, hypergonadotropism, early menopause, and extending ovarian reserve.

Dentistry

Stem cell therapy is an innovative method for bone and dental tissue regeneration. It's especially effective in periodontology and implantology, accelerating healing and supporting complex orthopedic procedures.

Endocrinology

Comprehensive stem cell therapy at Celureon helps improve conditions related to type 2 diabetes, complications of type 1 and type 2 diabetes, carbohydrate metabolism disorders, and reduced glucose tolerance.

Post-COVID therapy

Treatment of post-COVID syndrome symptoms such as congestion, lung damage, fatigue, insomnia, joint and chest pain, blood clots, vision problems, and memory decline.

Exosomes

Exosomes are microscopic particles that transfer signals between cells. They contain proteins, RNA, and lipids that activate natural regeneration, speed up tissue repair, reduce inflammation, and improve skin metabolism.

Q&A Section

1.What are stem cells?

A stem cell is a cell with the unique ability to divide (reproduce) for an indefinite period—often throughout the life of an organism. Under the right conditions or in response to specific signals, stem cells can develop into mature cells with distinct shapes and specialized functions, such as heart cells, skin cells, or nerve cells.

2.Why do I need this therapy if my body already has these cells?

After the age of 35, we lose about 2% of our stem cell pool each year. One of the key mechanisms of aging is the reduction in our biological “insurance” — the number of stem cells available for regeneration.

3.How are stem cells obtained?

It is possible to collect a patient’s own biological material and create a “biological insurance” for the future. This material can include adipose (fat) tissue or skin. For example, stem cells can be harvested from tissue obtained during liposuction or mammoplasty.

4.What are the therapeutic effects?

The therapeutic effects of stem cells are achieved through their ability to differentiate and transdifferentiate into tissue-specific cells, merge with resident cells, and secrete a wide range of paracrine factors that stimulate the survival and functional recovery of resident cells.

5.How does the procedure work?

Stem cell treatment is a non-surgical, virtually painless procedure that is well tolerated by patients.
